Abstract:
Currently, many processes and paradigms of traditional economic theory require deep reflection and change. First of all, this is due to the fact that the modern economy, many scientists describe as «information», «electronic», an economy based on knowledge, in which the role of information, knowledge and intellectual resources is a priority.
