Аннотация:

В статье проведено исследование проблемы платы авторов за публикацию. Приведены основные характеристики и подробно описаны финансовые модели журналов двух типов открытого доступа, Gold и Green, сделан вывод о целесообразности использования таких типов Open Access в условиях необходимости доступа к результатам научных исследований.
