Abstract:
Increasing efficiency of production activities at industrial enterprises is an urgent matter in today’s economic reality. With so many methods, methodologies, innovative approaches and managerial solutions on offer, plenty of companies cannot re-achieve the pre-crisis output and sustainable development. The present paper is looking into some aspects of optimization of business processes by means of information technologies and systems, which are worth considering for a significant breakthrough of enterprises in small and medium-sized business.
