Abstract:
The article presents three approaches to understanding the concept of owner. The author suggests a synthetic approach to the concept of owner based on the triad of "people - collective - society". From this viewpoint an individual is treated as a holder of right, the state - as a constitutive owner and the society as a permissive owner.
