Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to improve the quality of implementation of the strategy of digital transformation of the production enterprise of the metallurgical industry. The study analyzed the level of readiness of the metallurgical enterprise for digital transformation. As a result, the level of digital transformation is determined, problematic elements are identified and a step-by-step strategy for the implementation of the main components of the concept "industry 4.0"is proposed.
