Abstract:
The article analyzes the main transformations of Russian trade at the present stage of development, on the basis of which we define the basic principles of transformation of the sphere of commodity circulation. We mark out the areas for improving commodity circulation, providing innovative character to trade and technological processes of the enterprise through informatization. We've identified that under modern conditions of managing trade enterprises it is necessary to find solutions that promote innovative flexibility and adaptation to the external environment and to use innovative processes to realize their competitive advantages and further development.
