Abstract:
Commercial real estate is an essential part of the city and is a source of an income. A healthy competition among alternative options for the use of commercial real estate objects, both constructed and planned for construction, will lead to an increase in profitability from such objects, and this is especially important in the context of urbanization. It is important to study new formats from the view of the function of commercial real estate objects. For the city of Novosibirsk (Novosibirsk agglomeration) we think that the development of such areas of real estate as apartments, outlet centers, community centers, centers for tourism (entertainment centers) seems relevant and promising.
