Abstract:
Rental housing in mature economies is an inherent attribute of a strong and efficient economic environment, because it secures labor migration on which the innovative development of industrial sectors is based. The state of rental housing in Russia is characterized by inadequately low qualitative and quantitative indices. The performed analysis of publishing activities has demonstrated that the development of business environment is usually accompanied by researchers’ attention towards the establishment of rental housing market. However, the available scientific knowledge in this field is insufficient, and it contains a very short list of questions that fill the results of foreign research works. The obtained results will be useful for the professionals and researchers interested in the issues of establishment of rental housing markets and projects.
