Abstract:
The article considers the training system for the civil aviation specialists. The system identifies the features of training of both aviation personnel and non-operational personnel that ensure the functioning of the industry as a whole. The application of the lifelong learning concept in the training system for the civil aviation specialists is justified. The specifics of the industry are the need for regular training programs to obtain admission to work in a certain position, as well as strict regulation of educational programs. The importance of the system of additional professional education, problems of its implementation and development prospects are shown. Special attention is paid to the problem of ensuring and evaluating the quality of specialists training for the industry in the lifelong learning system.
