Аннотация:
Изучение потенциала различных типов потребителей в отношении генерирования и оценки новых идей позволяет рассматривать потребителей как ценный ресурс предприятия в процессе создания новых продуктов. В данной статье представлен синтез информации о роли потребителей в инновационной деятельности предприятий, предложено определение совместной разработки продуктов и описаны основные типы потребителей, способных принимать участие в процессе создания новых продуктов.
