Аннотация:
В статье приводится обзор научной литературы с акцентом на эмпирические исследования, доказывающие исследовательские гипотезы в отношении понятия лояльности потребителей. Анализируется концепция цепочки прибыли компании, обосновывающей актуальность тематики лояльности потребителей. Рассматривается динамическая модель лояльности потребителей, процессный характер которой накладывает ограничения на проведение дальнейшей оценки лояльности. Понятие лояльности потребителей раскрывается через совокупность показателей и факторов влияния. В настоящее время исследователи концентрируются на изучении и выявлении объясняющих факторов лояльности потребителей как универсальных, так и специфических для отдельных отраслей. Акценты в исследованиях перемещаются в изучение новых способов взаимодействия потребителей с компанией и друг с другом с помощью социальных медиа и других цифровых каналов коммуникации. Основная проблема в определении факторов заключается в их мультиколлинеарности, которая порождает неопределенность оценок
