Abstract:
The article considers the analysis of types and consequences of potential failures by the example of household appliances in order to improve the safety of its use by all categories of population and to enhance the competitiveness on the market. We analyze the basic criteria and principles of this method and argue the need for its use by manufacturers. We introduce the employee training plan for the most successful implementation of this method.
