Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to study ways of ensuring the growth of the well-being of citizens in the digital economy and the big challenges of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, which is the primary task of the state. The methodology of this study was such research methods as analysis and synthesis, systematization and comparison, generalization, as well as structural-logical, graphic methods. Results. This article analyzes the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the labour market and the welfare of the population of the Russian Federation. The impact of restrictive (quarantine) measures on economic activity is also considered. To overcome the consequences of the COVID-19 coronavirus infection pandemic, the authors' Labour 4.0 model is proposed. Conclusions. In the authors' theoretical construction, Labour 4.0 appears, first of all, as a labour paradigm inherent in the new economy, the digital and technological basis of which is Industry 4.0. At the same time, the authors of this article consider Labor 4.0 as a platform and an institution that ensures the use of labour resources in the coordinates generated by the 4th Industrial Revolution. The proposed Labor 4.0 model of the innovative type of employment is based on increase in the scale of the tertiary sector and the innovation sphere, on growth of the level of job competitiveness, and on highly competent workforce.
