    Аннотация:
    Данная монография посвящена одному из актуальных вопросов, стоящих перед специалистами-организаторами современных высокотехнологичных, наукоемких производств – управлению человеческими ресурсами в XXI веке. Существующие сегодня методы управления трудовыми ресурсами предприятий, разработанные для условий традиционной экономики, не отвечают требованиям управления специалистами с высоким развитием интеллекта, без чего невозможно функционирование современных высокотехнологичных производств и организаций. В монографии впервые показан и обоснован факт диалектического единства и противоречий между интеллектом и созидательными (креативными) действиями личности – в частности, специалистов наукоемких производств. Интеллект классифицирован как «основной» неотчуждаемый капитал, а созидательные (креативные) действия, синонимом которых является понятие «творческая энергия личности», классифицируются как «оборотный», или отчуждаемый капитал, который и предлагается любым человеком на рынке труда к продаже или обмену, являясь одной из основных экономических категорий новой экономики. Представленная информация рассчитана на научных работников, руководителей производственных предприятий, деловых людей, преподавателей, аспирантов и студентов экономических вузов, слушателей систем переподготовки и повышения квалификации специалистов и руководящих работников. Книга издана совместно с Издательством Машиностроение.
