Аннотация:
В статье описывается опыт трансформации форм и содержания занятости женщин-предпринимателей, начавших свой бизнес в период декретного отпуска или отпуска по уходу за ребенком. Спецификой исследования является локация объектов на территории депрессивного региона. Эта локация представляет особый интерес, так как потенциально такие регионы способны повысить уровень своего благосостояния, но временно, в силу различных причин, находятся в состоянии экономического спада. Результаты исследования показали, что причиной трансформации занятости женщин-предпринимателей является финансовая нужда, в то время как аналогичные зарубежные кейсы свидетельствуют о желании европейских женщин больше времени проводить со своими детьми, совмещая заботу о ребенке с саморазвитием. Кроме того, исследование выявило нехватку знаний таких женщин-предпринимателей в области права и налогообложения, в связи с чем они в основном действуют без официальной регистрации и не платят налогов. В целом был выявлен скрытый предпринимательский потенциал депрессивных регионов, который может развиваться, перерастая в полноценный бизнес, и формировать социально-экономическую среду общества
